You're not wrong, big one. SEV shares are valued at well below NTA, and indeed well below cash per share. I think SEV would be an excellent long-term buy, provided you're willing to wait long enough for the market to recognise its real value.
No doubt through buybacks, Stokes will continue to up his stake in the company and in doing so, avoid paying a takeover premium.
