No --- I don't think that is what JPGM is saying.
I think he is saying that EDE went to the market to raise a total of A$7m !!!
Those shares were offered at 2.6c per share - so a total offering of about 270m shares at 2.6c.
What JPGM is saying is that EDE was able to raise that $7m, and in fact, subscribers offered to buy in excess of the 270m shares offered.
So the offer of 270m at 2.6c was oversubscribed - ie EDE could have place in excess of the 270m shares.
So good demand = strong interest.
Happy to be corrected, but that's the way these things usually progress.
