IMO, 5GN will end up owning WCG, but it will pay more than the 18c+ a share it could have got it for bidding against web.com. There are indications that point to insiders getting a whole heap of WCG shares which IMO 5GN will buy once the WCG share price is nice and plump.
I am holding because regardless of this possibly uneven distribution of benefits, 5GN looks cheap at this level, especially with WCG cross sell opportunities - so here's hoping that plays out to make all this nastiness worth it.
