Hi,
After the recent two EDE "milestone" announcements (the successful 3 year EdenCrete Denver trial and the A$7.2 million Long State funding facility), it is fairly obvious that I am not the only person who feels that EDE turned the corner on November 26th, i.e. GS was able to easily place ca. 270 million EDE shares at 2.6 cents which were all quickly and eagerly snapped up (indeed, this placement was oversubscribed).
Having said this, there is another major factor that makes the argument for investing in EDE (or via TAS) a highly compelling one. This factor is President-elect Joe Biden’s major infrastructure plans, both in the US and globally (as well as a huge rise in Government infrastructure spending generally around the world.) See the following links:
"The Biden Infrastructure Plan - A $300 Billion Stimulus, A $3 Trillion Ten Year Initiative, Or Both?"

Therefore, EDE now has the following major things going for it:
1. EdenCrete: The completion of the 3 year EdenCrete trial in Denver will provide a major springboard to sales of EdenCrete to other US DOT's etc. which should also have a significant knock-on effect into other countries, in particular EdenCrete PZ in India.
2. OptiBlend: The recent Indian Government directive to reduce air pollution in major cities will give Optiblend sales a significant lift.
3. A$7.2 million "Long State" back-up" finance facility: This recent agreement provides EDE with immediate emergency funding, should it be required.
4. A$8.2 million cash in the bank. This should be easily enough cash in order to meet EDE's working capital requirements for the entire CY 2021.
5. Huge rise in infrastructure spending in the US and around the world: This will provide huge impetus to EdenCrete's sales for at least the next 10 years.
6. Other major potential sources of revenue: EdenPlast and Hydrogen.
IMVHO, together, all of the above factors puts EDE in a very strong overall position going foward into CY 2021.
Cheers.
