I'm starting to get the impression that this registry are useless. I've been told on 5 different occasions up to and after Nov 25th, that it was as your email suggests (quarterly), but I have another email here saying weekly after a follow up in which people here made me doubt my inquiries.I'd suggest staying away from them if you cannot see that basic information. Don't mean to be rude, but for your own sake.
