    Oh yeah... we welcome investors from everywhere as long as they are not sovereign. Like Optus, fully owned by the Singapore Government sovereign fund. There were ZERO issues with their approval - it flew through!

    Probably just a coincidence that this is a Chinese company getting the FIRB treatment?
