The answers you got regarding once a quarter seem to be the default and the above email as new instructions.
It appears that we will get an ANN this week regarding 'exercise of options' and we will know for sure. Hopefully once a week exercise will become the new norm, SRNOC will very quickly close the gap IMO. Cheers
