I just think a transaction much above the current ceiling is optimistic.
So maybe the transaction ceiling will lift from USD $21B to perhaps USD $30B.
The Juno Therapeutics buyout was on a 3x revenue multiple.
USD $9B buyout based on USD $3B revenue forecast.
