Firstly, it would be highly unenthical for JH to negotiate a price solely for himself and exclude all shareholders. And besides who would only want his percentage? And secondly, since he has around 6 million shares or so, if he can get 300 million dollars for his share, you would probably be happy to receive the pleb's offer. But I don't think anyone is going to part with that kind of money based on the company results to date. But good on ya, if you get it, that is for sure.
