The major admixture and cement companies have billion dollar annual research budgets. They look decades ahead. They are aware of every new trend and technique published. You can guarantee every one of them has costed CNT admixtures. Most of them probably created their own versions including pouring test slabs for long term evaluation over a decade ago when the CNT concrete research research was just starting to be published.

The major cement and admixture companies all have their own accredited testing laboratories. They can provide indemnity. So they have no need to announce anything before they release a product to the market.
