The thing is that we are in a new high tech cold war period and the best thing BRN can do is choose a side and be embraced by that side. In BRN's case choosing a side was not really a choice for obvious reasons but the addressable market that the rest of the world will provide will not be too shabby in fact I think it is possible to make out an argument that even if ROC was not off the table it would be sometime before BRN would need their market to continue to grow.

India also has a rising middle class and a love of technology and are well and truly on this side of the high tech cold war and in their case for a cold war it can get very hot.

There is also this technical reality. ROC is already suffering as a result of the taking away of the ability to obtain chips from outside of ROC . They are attempting to build a chip manufacturing capacity however this is not something they can do overnight and getting down to 3nm, 5nm, 7nm is likely a very long way away. The CEO of Brainchip was asked if AKD1000 was scalable to 14nm and he stated that due to its fully digital configuration it was directly so down to 14nm, 7nm etc with all of the additional power savings and increases in efficiency this would bring.

So while companies in ROC might have a go at knocking off their own version of AKD1000 they will have trouble producing it in 28nm and will be completely shut out at 14nm and lower even for the purpose of the ROC market.

I thought that NASA might be a longer process but after the information that came to light over the weekend about its announcement regarding Covid-19 detection it may very well be that a significant early announcement confirming NASA and BRN may be made after BRN publishes its peer reviewed Covid-19 paper. Not suggesting this year but am suggesting early 2021 and the value this will bring to BRN generally across world markets for an Ai processor on a chip in my opinion cannot be properly imagined. So the question of ROC will not be on anyone's mind if and when that occurs.

FF..... It's my opinion that the "Detection" Covid -19 peer review will most likely be released / expedited as a top priority, given it's of world wide importance ......

Also, by the way.....I bought this up before in a previous post of mine... but could any Dr or Medical persons please advise if any of the Covid -19 vaccine's can be administered if the patient is Covid -19 positive at the time the vaccine is to be administered to the patient ????
