Sorry to hear about your mum. Lost my mum in very, very similar circumstances in 2008. Very late diagnosis and was too late to treat.
The reason they would be using low dose chemo for your sister is the heart damage of treatment with Doxorubicin. So Bisantrene becomes an alternative with much less risk for the heart.
So could be a better alternative Bisantrene + Vennetoclax
