The announcement specifically states "The new native mobile applications for iOS and Android will be released later in December to allow
for an undisturbed deployment of all US trading-related features."
Hopefully in the new year they look at adding options trading - I think the AU market really lacks any options trading, I found myself specifically using the US market when I first got into options. I then tried a few AU platforms and found myself battling with low liquidity in the AU market to even trade it successfully.
