Interesting thoughts..... could it be one of the reasons they felt comfortable partnering with a company that has been banned in numerous countries and investigated in others?
Maybe due diligence wasn't such a big issue for them because they weren't all that concerned?
...or maybe they were happy to partner with a company that themselves probably have a few hidden skeletons that they are hiding (from what I'm reading)
