Why is Miggster banned in Australia?, page-9

I'm not sure what approvals would be needed......I definitely think it's just a smokescreen really and there are no plans for an Aussie launch.I have never heard of any other web based provider who is located in another country having to go through an approvals process to host something on their site.........for that matter I haven't heard of it happening anywhere in the world! If a country doesn't want to have something available to the public they simply ban it IP address it comes from....pretty easy to do, China does it with more or less all foreign content.
As for gambling approvals, etc.....approvals are a simple process unless they were setting up to be a bookie, which they're not.

There is definitely some much bigger at play here imo and when it is uncovered my guess is there could be some significant questions to answer.

Let's face it, there is no reason we know of for these guys to still be suspended......so there must be something massive happening behind the scenes.

Probably most of a concern is the complete silence....they were suspended and a date was set for them to come out of suspension....yet that didn't happen and there has been complete silence since.

Are they even still in business or closed up shop and done a runner?
