I didn't quite look that deep into the rest of the board but I do know Bert Mondello is on a wide variety of boards like Vection, Douugh and Emerge, Westar and until September was CEO of Ziptel, which was then phoenixed into Douughl.

When you see the same faces regularly filling up boardrooms after they walk away from previous wreckage in their wake that's a worry in itself. When you see they're part of a board for a company whose activities are worrying when you look at their books.....is it incompetence or do they think they're insulated enough to be able to repeat the cycle?
