I'm afraid that it will be bopping up and down a few cents until it has been clarified how the debt levels will be reduced.

1. I understand (from reading posts by more knowledgeable people) that a higher NZ$ is positive for the debt level.
2. Selling of the two blocks of land will put some money in the kitty.
3. Rights issue or cornerstone investor.

The last one is the key as it ends the uncertainty.
