The above post by ffxssj confirms the SPP can be closed off early at Directors discretion. An early close off did happen with an SPP by another company I subscribed to earlier this year when it became apparent the SPP was going to be way way oversubscribed. To be honest I can't off the top of my head remember the company's name as I subscribed to quite a number of SPPs this year , and those that got in before the early cut-off were also scaled back, as was I. Anyway, just sayin' it can happen although admittedly its not a commonplace.
