One fully paid OUM for every 4.79 QOL shares. As a QOL shareholder this is shabby and mean spirited. OUM is no where near producing anything let alone selling it. They get QOL assets for diddly squat. Rumour of insider trading abound. Etc etc. The question is what does a small shareholder do? Accept the derisory offer and hope for better things or sell QOL now - virtually no difference in the dollars department or hang on for a better offer. The likelihood of which is dubious. Any advice welcomed.
