Cap raising.... hhhmmm this is my first strike against management. Asking for more cash only 6 months after floating isn't a good look. They have touted bank refinancing on the horizon which should have mitigated the cashflow issue. Perhaps they have been running so tight on cash that the weather damage tipped it over the edge?
