With lower profile industrial (including agricultural sector) stocks, one often sees some good news announced but 'the market' doesn't appear to cotton on within two hours of the publicity - it can take a day or two, or sometimes longer.
Potential purchasers have so many choices in which stock to buy. It's similar to when one goes to MTS' IGA larger stores, WOW or COL. The range in some areas may be extensive so some shoppers stop in the aisle and decide where to direct their moolah.
I used to think because 'the market' was almost as perfect as humans interacting could be - the sum total of the knowledge base - that any new public information, good or bad, would see immediate spikes or downturns but for less well known entities like KTD, with good news, the share price rarely instantly reacts.
