One thing that will get people's attention, is if this crew actually change how they have done things in the past. Get things moving and keep them moving. There is absolutely no reason why QXR couldn't get it moving along enough to gain interest in the project and raise at multiples of current SP to fund the next stages. However, up until this point this company, under whatever name they want to go under, have yet to really show true grit in doing anything other than raise a little capital and then wait for something to materialise in their favour, or spend a little on some tech idea and see if they can ride on some coat tails.
That's got to stop if we want to see QXR perform. And I do want to see that.
