    Hey, I'm just hypothesising what could happen.

    I don't think there is a disclosure (announcement) requirement for under 5% ownership.

    So let's say someone buys 50mil on 04/12, then report released, then sell.

    I'm not saying this happened, just answering someone else who suggested the broker bought a bunch
