    spoke with normal again today,

the plaintif had requested a week ajournment until this friday to get his papers in order.

would have thought he had plenty of time already.

Maybe he was waiting for an offer

My understanding is they get two years from the renewal date, from conversation with coy.

    anything else is not reasonable.

Would you do work on a tenament not renewed?

And what if the delays in department on mines took 3 years to get their stuff together? Does that imply any renewals are automatically void?

Doesnt add up to say its from the expire date.

But anyway, they said they would apply for the mining tenures next.

So if your the minister of mines, and your getting called in to testify, about that the plaintiff who claims you should never have transfered his tenament, even though he and his lawyers asked you to do so, would you hold up the renewal process until it was all sorted with?

ANd if the indian giver, gets thrown out of court, would you just get on with business, and promply issue the renewals, if, this was what was holding you up?

The indian giver, had his lawyers, nod their heads , and say, "here, take it, I sign it over, i dont want it."

Now, "I changed my mind.", and my defence, is, "its not fair, you shouldn't have done what i asked".

Now he asked for the week ajornement?

"ummm, my papers, i'm not ready to present my wet paper bag case"

Thats my understanding of the situation from talks,

    cheers
