I have no idea what you are talking about. I'm going to show an ASX announcement to back up my claims; will you? Or will you continue to make "ann clearly states" statements, without any reference to which announcement you are even referring to?

As far as we can see, EM1 are billing the subscribers, not TIM. Whilst I can't "prove" this, this is what is stated in their original terms, and I haven't seen anyone post any evidence to the contrary. Whilst you can't prove something just by the lack of evidence to the contrary... there just isn't any real reason to doubt that this is what is happening.

If you are looking for a reference to say "TIM are paying EM1", then look no further. It is shown below. This is only referring to the so called "guarantee", which states TIM will pay EM1 if they fail to get 100k subscribers after 6 months from launch. TIM will pay Emerge 50% of the costs of the prizes put up by Emerge.

Also note "TIM is responsible for marketing the platform at its own cost"... kind of flies in the face of your argument...

Whether or not EM1 are going to make any profit from this remains to be seen (I'm still very skeptical). But the only arguments I've seen which try to say that they aren't even making revenue, just seem to be based on pessimism or guilty-until-proven-innocent approach.
