    The daily chart looks like a big head and shoulders reversal could be forming in which the right hand shoulder could take 2 or 3 months to form between current levels and 33 cents. A breakout would indicate a move upwards in proportion to the width of the base formation, taking us back to all time highs, possibly in the first half of 2021.
