I respect your decision to reduce your holding in BRN because of your fear of history repeating itself however why do you expect an announcement to be made tomorrow when the CEO has clearly stated early 2021?
I do not consider you to be a down ramper far from it but if history were to repeat itself then the failure to deliver a deal would occur in first half 2021 not in December, 2020 so really would like some clarity around your thinking.
