so if I'm understanding correctly, Denis Waddell took up $80k worth of options at 2c recently for 4,000,000 shares. but Errol Smart's 10,000,000 options due to expire at the same time were sold to a sophisticated investor who who converted them...thus the dilution to Denis Waddell's holdings...not sure what to make of all this but at least one director took advantage of their options being in the money
