It looks like the SPP will be well oversubscribed if the tone of the HC players here is an indicator. The one thing that hasn't been mentioned is the number of Canadian shareholders who are not eligible. CHN was listed in Canada until this year and I expect many of those shareholders are still holding stock but are not eligible to participate in the SPP. It always seems a bit unfair to me. I have applied for the max so let's see what happens.
