Pivacs loan from FBR for share purchase may present some difficult issues for FBR re their secrecy of technical and commercial progress.
You would think that Pivacs would want to purchase shares at low price re loan liabilities.
To avoid going to jail for insider trading , you would think there would be full public dislosure of any SP sensitive info. prior to purchase.
Last thing we want is for Mark to go to jail.
Just saying ? I am no corporate law expert.
