Denman.Yes I agree with you that the " Rape of Nanking", as it was called, was a barbaric and callous act carried out by the Japanese in WW2.However, I would like to make two points:
(a) The Japanese, unlike the Germans, still do not admit to their sins of the past.
(b) The Germans were, at the commencement of WW2, considered a civilised race, and to that extent, the atrocities committed by the Nazis were worse than those committed by the Japanese.
But the present question is: Why have we not learnt from the past and why do the Pallies, and the Arabs in the Sudan etc., still carry out SIMILAR atrocities in the name of ALLAH!
