Good morning to all my fellow finches, what a great day to be a share holder in FFX.

Well lets talk about that latest Proactive Investors presentation. Alistair has certainly hit a home run here, he has knocked the ball right out of the park, or a "bloody good six" as the cricketing fraternity would say. It was no hyped up presentation that some companies release to garner attention, Alistair was simply stating the facts about what was happening on the ground over at Morila and Goulamina.

So where do we start? Lets start with the gold .

Some of the key points regarding Morila were as follows.

    1. Currently producing $4,000,000 AUD profit per month from tailings, (slightly less in 2021, will discuss this later on)
2.Tailings operation extended until June/July next year.
3.Mineralised tailings found in the tailings dam, (Alistair said, "We will pick that up", ha ha probably a couple of million in that alone)
    4. Mining server found with previous unknow data regarding drilling carried out on site, delayed resource upgrade to include this data. which will increase the resource upgrade.
5.Inspection of plant reveals that it will only require a couple of million to fix up.
6.Reconfigureing tailings to cost another couple of million
    7. Drilling at satellite pits slightly delayed but on track again
    8. Now drilling at new exploration sites with AC rig which was on site doing tailings resource drilling. Results will be shouted from the roof tops should we hit pay dirt.

Now lets do so revenue figures. 2 months at $4 million AUD = $8,000,000
6 months at $3 million AUD =$18,000,000 (i have been conservative and not included JULY)
Total profit from tailings =$26,000,000 AUD PROFIT

So income will be a minimum of $26,000,000 from the tailings alone. This is more than enough to refurbish the plant, reconfigure the tailings dam, dewater the Morila pit, cover all drilling expenditure etc etc and we haven't even touch the $30 million that is sitting in our bank account.

Now for Goulamina our lithium resource.

This is what excites me the most, as Alistair says in the presentation," Goulamina is a world class lithium asset and due to the turn around in lithium sentiment he is receiving a lot of interest in the project with several inbound enquires and rightly so as it is a world class asset and it has to attract such attention" end quote.

So we have it confirmed that there are several interested parties enquiring about our resource. Safe to say that Alistair referred them to our recently completed DFS and said go away and think about a serious offer then come back to me.

So lets say for arguments sake they come back with an offer of $100 million (far too low in my opinion) and Alistair says ok lets put this to the market. He calls a trading halt, releases the news, what do you think will happen to our share price then?

Well in my opinion it has too at least double from it's current level of 16 cents. Why ? because our current market cap is just $125 million, minus $100 million for the lithium leaves a value of just $25 million for a gold mine which is currently producing $26 million from tailings alone over the next 7 months.

With gold expected to average well over $2000 an Ounce for 2021, how much profit do you think FFX will make once we kick in the satellite pits etc into our refurbished mill and start producing gold from a much higher ore resource? And I haven't even mentioned the main event/attraction yet Morila the Gorila.

Hold them tight people.........................very interesting times ahead......................Oh and don't forget about the $30 million that is currently sitting in our bank accounts.

    All imo and DYOR
