Not at all.
The underlying business of BET is very strong with $35m sitting on the sidelines. That is in addition to what they are looking to raise for this acquisition.
BET also have an exclusive 10 year deal in the US at Monmouth and will continue to sign up tracks as fixed price betting is legalised.
It is worth more then where it is at without the take over of Sportech.
Just insto games here selling into their own bid.
