Its simply not enough $ raised - there have been so many studies done on this studies done on this project - Its a great project but it will cost a lot more to get into production than the management team and the market wants to hear - disappointing that there is not a single new piece of data on the project for over 6 years - no new drilling - no exploration - depside a very healthy spend according to quarterly reports - just take all the data and look at it to see if it changes - Tetra tech and Ausinco are pretty good firms - The reality is this is a US$150-US$200M build - not sure why management doesn't just get on with it? - Unable to raise funds because the funders know the numbers are understated IMO
