We should expect so. If, however, for some reason they don't have the capital raise finalised and can't announce all the relevant details before commencement of trade tomorrow, they can seek a voluntary suspension from trading, essentially an extension of time. Another unlikely scenario might be that the ASX has some query regarding the above and they suspend them from trading. That said, in the normal course of things, we should expect an announcement with details of the capital raise and the SPP prior to the commencement of trade tomorrow.
