Bounce rate is not a bad thing...
Pixels aka Facebook pixels can re-target previous website visitors with targeted advertisements. They may not purchase the first time, but more targeted ads may get them back a second time. This is called "Middle Funnel Targetting".
1st visit - Customers visit the website, familiarise with your brand.
2nd visit - Hopefully you convert them from a "clicker" to a "buyer"
etc.
