Think you are missing one of the key drivers with that.
As per the presentation year one they will be looking to build their client base through strategic M & A.
They have stated they do have weakness's in some markets which they are looking to address.
Hopefully we see something in this space shortly.
Add that to clients and tenders re-engaging early next year i'm pretty excited about where we will be in 3 - 4 months from here.
Already loaded up, got a few more today, but today is a buying opportunity in my view
