Sounded like (to me) that BRN is actively negotiating a potential partnership with the sensor manufacturer (Israel ?) and I guess just working through the details/documentation/roles/resource contributions etc to come up with a sort of JV agreement
Now we have cash to grease the wheels which can help seal the deal or maybe like with spikenet get them to join a publicly listed company and share in the upside of it all.
Growth through acquisition of start up "five (maybe 7 as PVDM says) sensor" manufacturers/developers - now that would put a rocket into share price and challenge LDN and Board
