I thought he actually holds more shares, but a lower % due to dilution I presume.
And yes he got into trouble in the States.
And yes that is exactly why I personally have concerns about the level of influence he may have in the company. I can not imagine it could be beneficial for the credibility of the corporate image of Kleos. AMOO
