CHAIRMAN EXERCISES 600,000 OPTIONS 12 MONTHS EARLY – APPENDIX 3B
Papyrus Chairman Dr David Wyatt has elected to exercise 600,000 of his unlisted options early. These
were due to expire on 31st March 2010.
“I have decided to convert these options to ordinary shares by paying the $150,000 required.” said Dr.
Wyatt.
“I am confident that the company’s prospects look so bright that it is timely to increase my shareholding
in the company.” he said.
“In addition, these funds will further boost the Company’s strong cash reserves as its commercialisation
moves into high gear.” he said.
This will increase Dr Wyatt’s shareholding to 2,198,878 ordinary shares.
Papyrus Director Mr Edward Byrt previously increased his shareholding in May, 2007 by exercising
816,845 March 2010 options early.
