Bought in today at $4.32 close.
There is a lot to like about SGP. I like the look of their subdivisions with their own shopping centres in the middle- or else a large space waiting their with the right zoning ready to go. And the warehouses and distribution centres in this world of ecommerce.
The SP has been trading sideways for about a month. So, what needs to happen from now to take it back to January's $5+?
Is it that the market is simply waiting for the vaccine rollout to unfold? Will the next dividend announcement be the catalyst?
