Whats sad is the expectation of a lottery ticket style cashout over an announcement like this. This is 'happy' news. Be happy you can buy in lower than a couple cents (possibly lower than 1c soon) for the potential this stock has. Big pumps will get shorted out by day traders anyways. Accumulate while the good news keeps rolling.
