However ... They dont take into account a takeover situation, which is effectively happening. If Cameco made it known they were after PDN, what would happen to the SP? Do you think it would stay at $4bill MC?
Of course not ... watch it run to $8 as fast as you can say: "Yellowcake!". Suddenly analysts and Special Situation Funds are running their ruler over every ounce PDN has in the ground & working out what is FAIR VALUE ... suddenly it is a different ball game, bear market or no bear market ... and then look to see any successful bid in the $10 plus region.
Your figures are surmising NORMAL conditions ... EXT is not in a normal situation. You are talking a cashed up RIO TINTO whao are looking for a multi billion dollar resource to fuel their uranium processing plant long-term. They want it ...this is peanuts for them.
