Delay is a fact ever since October but what is positive is we know cleatly now where we sit in terks of the process unlike few months back. We know things are moving and we know that an independent panel is not being commissioned as this would have put uncertainty to things. So this is established and we are goinh yo the next step which is the appeal admin recommendation to be reviewed by the appeals authority with 30 calendar days timetable plus any govt holiday.

Again when will the fomo happen, as mentioned earlier fomo came back on the more significant dip immediately last time.
