They arent really "hypotheticals" .. it happens all the time in takeover situations. The fact that it is RIO, plus its just a few klms from Rossing, make the take-over imperitive for them.
The tightly held nature of EXT will ensure they HAVE to pay a premium price.
Its easy to do a calculation based on the total of lbs & EV valuation ... then dont forget that the current resource is set to double this year
