You guys DO realise that the term 'sophisticated' investor is in no way related to the knowledge or understanding of an investor, but purely based on their capital base...
Under corporations law, you just need a registered accountant to provide you with a certificate stating you have:
1) Net Assets greater than $2.5 million; and
2) Annual income greater than $250,000.
That is IT! That's all it takes to be a 'sophisticated' investor...
