Im sure there are more,

Some of thees companies were bought after the debut on the ASX, with none of the companies contributing nill revenue to BFC.
You must ask the question why ? Was it that Gerlach and Sexton owned some of these companies, and offloaded them to BFC, makes you wonder Whey pay out hefty amounts on companies with nil revenue?

Scorpio now PFG is the big one for me

They purchased a minor share, when it was making losses then decided to buy it out for 100% and it continues to Make losses

Clearly something not right here, why was it bought out after buying the dud
