Yes thats the same mr Byrnes. Not sure about his 10 to 1 share dilution, it still leaves most with a huge liability. The average holder has 1 million units so they will still owe 200k. But if you can offload your shares to him then there is no problem. However he is not going to be able to take everyones shares.
