haven't the slightest clue about this acquisition.... alluvial garnet whats it used for?? Havent even heard of it till now. What sort of price per tonne does it fetch?? The acquisitions isnt cheap. 17m in shares then 4m max of creditors and 500k value of shares. So this is well over 21m nearly in value for this resource / company.

is it required for the manganese? Is there a bigger picture im missing? Seems like a pretty decent chunk to pay for a resource although arguably i havent got a clue whats this worth.
