As Aptayl posted above, I think this is one of the market's major concerns.
To compound this in the Oct 21 GM presentation, the Doc said he hoped to have the Satellite resource statement out in 2 weeks and the Morila update could be a month away. The satellite resource statement took 4 weeks, and the Morila reserve is now early next year.

This delay would be ringing alarm bells, there have been no official asx releases to explain it.
However it's a bit like the delay in the Lithium DFS (delay due all resources directed to Morila acquisition), there is a very good reason for it.
Unless you listened to the Proactive Investors interview you would not know that reason. Most investors don't even read the Annual Report let alone 3rd party releases.

Maybe they should explain this delay in their next update.

For those that didn't listen to the interview, below is a mostly word for word transcript of what the Doc said.

" Did most of our due diligence on drilling & so forth, when we got ownership we found there was a mining server with a whole bunch of data in there, so found all this new drilling we didn't know about, thats delaying our resource estimation, but lots of good news in that drilling."

I believe the original resource estimate, was done with limited data they had access to, the Doc did explain that is the reason it's in inferred category. Even without that resource upgrade, the Doc did say they were putting mining tenders out for the satellites well before they took over ownership. FFX discovered & owned 2 of the 3 satellites before selling them to Barrick, so they know them very well.

Yes moving on from processing tailings is a risk, however the Morila plant has done it before, they probably have until July now, I have no concern at all they will be able to achieve this. Even in a worst case scenario where it is delayed till after July, so what, just put the plant on care & maintenance till they are ready.
